1. Enter Your Name:

Locate the "Name" field at the top of the form.

Click inside the field and type your full name.

2. Enter Your Email Address:

Find the "Email" field below the "Name" field.

Click inside the field and type your email address. Make sure it's an email address you use regularly as you'll receive a confirmation email here.

3. Enter Your Mobile Number:

Locate the "Mobile Number" field under the "Email" field.

Click inside the field and enter your mobile phone number. This should be a number where you can be reached for any updates or queries about your ride.

4. Select Your Car Type:

Click on the dropdown and choose between "Manual" or "Automatic" to select the type of car you need a driver for.

5. Select the Ride Type:

Click on the dropdown and select one of the following ride types:

• Local City: For rides within the city.
• Outstation: For rides outside the city.
• Drop Only: For one-way drop-offs.

6. Enter Pickup Location:

Type the address where the driver should pick you up in the "Pickup Location" field.

If you prefer, click on the "Auto Fetch Location" button to auto-fill the pickup location based on your current position.

7. Enter Drop Address (Only for Drop Only rides):

If you selected "Drop Only" as your ride type, you'll see the "Drop Address" field. Enter the address where you want to be dropped off.

8. Enter Ride Date and Time:

Fill in the "Start Date" and "Start Time" fields to specify when you want your ride to begin.

9. Enter End Date and Time (if applicable):

If your ride involves multiple days, you’ll need to enter the "End Date" and "End Time" fields to specify when your ride will end.

10. Enter Total Km (Only for Drop Only rides):

If you selected the "Drop Only" ride type, you’ll need to input the total distance (in kilometers) in the "Total Km" field. This helps calculate the fare based on distance.

11. Provide Additional Details:

If you have any special requests or additional information for your ride, you can enter it in the "Additional Ride Details" textarea.

12. Accept Terms and Conditions:

Make sure to check the boxes to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Limitation of Liability.

13. Submit the Form:

Click on the "Book Now" button at the bottom of the form to submit your booking request.
