Who is responsible for the driver's food and accommodation?

During multi-day trips, the customer is responsible for arranging or covering the cost of the driver's meals and accommodation. Where arrangements are not provided, standard allowance charges apply.

Are there any extra charges for late-night driving?

Yes. For safety reasons, an additional charge of ₹100 per hour applies for duty between 12:30 AM and 5:00 AM. Duty resuming after 5:00 AM is considered the start of a new billing day.
