Multi-Day Driver Service Charges

Our Multi-Day Driver Service is ideal for outstation travel, family tours, business trips, pilgrimages, and long-distance journeys requiring a professional driver for multiple days.

Multi-Day Charges

Charges: ₹1200 Per Day*
Special Offer: 10% Discount From Day 2 Onwards*
Minimum: 2 Days Charges Apply

* Day 1 is charged at the standard rate. 10% discount is applicable from Day 2 onwards only.

Daily Duty Hours

Maximum permissible driver duty is 12 hours per day.
Driving beyond 12 hours is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
If service exceeds 12 hours, additional hours may be refused or rescheduled.

Night Driving Charges

Additional night charges may apply between 12:30 AM and 5:00 AM.

Meal Policy

Meals are applicable before 9:00 AM and after 9:00 PM.
If food is not provided by the customer when applicable, a meal allowance of ₹200 per meal shall be charged.
Food provided must be fresh, hygienic, and safe for consumption.

Accommodation Policy

For trips involving night halt, the customer must provide suitable accommodation for the driver.
Accommodation should include a proper sleeping arrangement, weather comfort, and washroom access.
The driver is strictly prohibited from sleeping inside the vehicle.
If accommodation is not arranged by the customer, accommodation expenses shall be borne by the customer.

Driver Rest Policy

The driver is entitled to a reasonable tea or rest break after every 100 km of driving.
Break duration will be reasonable and within the trip schedule.

Driver Reporting Charges

Pickup locations situated more than 10 kilometers from the company's designated city reporting point or service base may attract additional reporting charges.
Driver reporting charges are separate from service charges and shall be payable by the customer wherever applicable.

Urgent Booking Policy

For urgent or instant bookings, the minimum estimated driver arrival time may range between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes from the time of booking.
Actual arrival time may vary depending on driver availability, traffic conditions, weather conditions, road conditions, and other operational factors.
Customers are advised to book in advance whenever possible.

Important Customer Notes

Any route changes, sightseeing, additional destinations, or trip extensions requested by the customer may result in revised charges.
Customers must ensure that the vehicle has valid RC, Insurance, PUC, and all legally required documents.
Customers must treat drivers respectfully and professionally throughout the trip.
Toll tax, parking charges, state entry tax, permit fees, and similar expenses shall be borne by the customer.
