One-Way Drop Ride Pricing (Return Distance Basis)

For one-way trips, distance is calculated on a two-way (2×) basis because the driver must return to the starting location after dropping you at your destination.

By booking a Drop Ride, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including Section 15 (Drop-Only Ride — Driver Return Assistance) and Section 16 (Waiting Time & Trip Duration).

Minimum Billing Policy

Minimum 140 km — Charged as 140 × 2 = 280 km

Base Fare: ₹1,100

All drop rides are billed for a minimum of 140 km. Since the driver must return to the base city, this 140 km is counted as 280 km (140 × 2) for billing purposes.

Distance-Based Charges Beyond 140 km

₹4 per km (also calculated on two-way basis)

For every kilometer beyond 140 km, an additional charge of ₹4 per km applies. These extra kilometers are also counted on a two-way (2×) basis.

Return Distance Rule

For all drop rides, the total chargeable distance is calculated as:

Start Point → Drop Location → Return to Start Point

This is because the driver travels to your drop point and must then return to the origin city.

Example: If your drop distance is 200 km, the chargeable distance becomes 200 × 2 = 400 km.

Distance Calculation & Return Travel Policy

Distance is measured from your pickup point to the drop location.
Minimum billable distance is 140 km (counted as 140 × 2 = 280 km).
For all one-way drop rides, the total distance is counted two-way (2×) to account for the driver's return journey.
Distance is counted up to the nearest bus stop or railway station from where the driver can board a return vehicle.
The customer must drop the driver near a safe and convenient return-boarding point (bus stand or railway station). Any transport fare for the driver's return is payable by the customer. (Section 15)

Waiting Time & Extra Charges

After the driver reaches your pickup location, a maximum of 30 minutes free waiting is allowed.
After 30 minutes, waiting charges apply at ₹100 per hour.
If the trip takes longer than the standard estimated route time due to stops, sightseeing, personal work, or route changes, the extra time is charged at ₹100 per hour or the applicable package rate.
All toll, parking, and state entry charges during the trip are payable by the customer separately. (Section 19)

Pricing Example — Drop Distance 200 km

Step 1 — Base Fare (first 140 km): ₹1,100

Step 2 — Extra Distance (60 km beyond 140 km): 60 × ₹4 = ₹240

Step 3 — Two-Way Count Applied: Total effective billing distance = 200 × 2 = 400 km

Total Estimated Fare: ₹1,100 + ₹240 = ₹1,340 (calculated on return-distance basis)

Note: Fare may vary depending on actual route length, traffic conditions, and return-point availability.

Remote Pickup Location Charge

If your pickup location is more than 10 km from Jaipur Railway Station, additional driver reporting charges will apply.
These charges will be communicated at the time of booking and are payable separately from the ride fare.

Important Notes for Customers

Please ensure your vehicle has valid RC, Insurance, and PUC documents before the trip. (Section 20)
The drop location should be near a bus stand or railway station so the driver can safely travel back.
If the drop point is far from any return-transport location, the additional distance will be included in billing.
The driver is entitled to a short rest break after every 100 km of driving. (Section 12)
In case of vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure, additional waiting time may be chargeable. (Section 21)
