Pricing & Billing Policy

Our Outstation Round-Trip pricing follows a transparent and time-based billing model.

Hourly Charges (Same as Local City Packages)

• First 1 to 4 Hours → ₹149 per hour*
• After 4 Hours → ₹99 per hour (flat)*

*Rates apply to duty time only. Driving time + waiting time are counted as duty hours.

Minimum Duty Requirement — 4 Hours

A minimum billing of 4 hours applies per booking.
This ensures fair compensation for the driver’s time, travel, and availability commitment.

Food, Stay & Driver Welfare Policy

For outstation / long-hour trips, the customer is responsible for:

• Food during duty hours
• Night meal (if service continues late evening)
• Accommodation / night stay (if trip extends overnight)

If food or stay is not arranged, standard allowance charges will apply as per company policy.

This helps ensure the driver remains rested, alert, and safe during long journeys.
